Justin H. Pearson

Justin completed his Bachelor of Science in Business Aviation from Liberty University. He combines his passion for the aviation industry and business with a technical vision for the future of aviation. While completing his degree, Justin obtained his private pilot’s license and is self-taught in the fundamentals of Aerospace engineering. For the past five years, he has dedicated his time studying and researching Hypersonic Engine design, Propulsion, and Aviation which lead to the formation of Baldwin Aerospace.

Collin J. Pearson

Collin completed his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Bob Jones University. He has been instrumental in establishing business relations and the growth of Baldwin from a handful of people to its current size. Collin is actively involved in the recruitment and hiring process at Baldwin. In addition, his responsibilities include networking and investment relations.

Brad Arnold

•Logistics & Production

Bradley leads our logistics and production planning initiatives. His responsibilities include research and innovation, management and oversight of 3D printing, and additive manufacturing. He is currently leading cost analysis for Baldwin’s production program initiatives.

Dr. Doug Codron

•PhD: Astronautical Engineering

Dr. Codron received his Ph.D. in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California's Viterbi School of Engineering in 2012. His research was focused on cathode erosion in magnetoplasmadynamic (MPD) thrusters for spacecraft propulsion. Upon finishing his Ph.D., Dr. Codron completed a two-year post-doctoral appointment at NASA Ames Research Center where he investigated arc jet heating effects on thermal protection system (TPS) materials for entry spacecraft. He has also worked in industry helping to develop both commercial and governmental satellites. 
Dr. Codron currently teaches in the Engineering department at San Francisco State University (SFSU) as well as in the Physics department at California State University, East Bay.  He is the Assistant Director of the Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) at SFSU.

Chris. M. Lee

•BS: Business Administration

Chris completed his Bachelor in Business administration from the University Of Arkansas - Grantham. He is Baldwin’s Chief administrative Officer and works closely with the leadership team  in business and operational matters. Additionally, he is the Founder & Principal Consultant for Synergy & Associates, a higher education consultancy firm. He has more than 20 years of senior level management experience in various industries
