CEO / Justin Pearson​
Justin obtained his BA in Business from Liberty University. He is an expert networker and is responsible for managing the company, interacting with customers and investors. He enjoys working in the United States and international aerospace industry. He was recently awarded a distinction by the El Salvadorian Aerospace Institute for business excellence. He obtained his private pilot’s license in 2017.

COO / Dr. Doug Codron​
Dr. Codron received his Ph.D. in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California's Viterbi School of Engineering in 2012. His research was focused on cathode erosion in magnetoplasmadynamic (MPD) thrusters for spacecraft propulsion. Upon finishing his Ph.D., Dr. Codron completed a two-year post-doctoral appointment at NASA Ames Research Center where he investigated arc jet heating effects on thermal protection system (TPS) materials for entry spacecraft. He has also worked in industry helping to develop both commercial and governmental satellites.
Dr. Codron currently teaches in the Engineering department at San Francisco State University (SFSU) as well as in the Physics department at California State University, East Bay. He is the Assistant Director of the Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) at SFSU.
