CEO / Justin Pearson​
Mr. Pearson has a BA in Business with Specialization in Aerospace and is a proficient team builder. He enjoys bringing domestic parties together while working to grow international aerospace interests. Mr. Pearson was recently awarded a distinction by the El Salvadorian Aerospace Institute for business excellence and obtained his private pilot’s license in 2017.

COO / Dr. Doug Codron​
Dr. Codron earned his Ph.D. in Astronautical Engineering from the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering, where his research focused on cathode erosion in magnetoplasmadynamic (MPD) thrusters for spacecraft propulsion. Following his doctoral studies, he completed a postdoctoral appointment at NASA Ames Research Center, investigating arc jet heating effects on thermal protection system materials for atmospheric entry vehicles.

He has extensive experience teaching mechanical engineering courses and laboratories across the California State University system and has also worked in industry contributing to the development of both commercial and government satellites. Alongside managing Baldwin Aerospace, Dr. Codron currently teaches in the Physics Department at California State University, East Bay.
